- Be sure to have your two shakes daily. This is how you'll melt off the pounds and nourish your body, including your hair skin and nails.
- Sleep leaner. Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep nightly to help reduce cortisol levels and allow your body time to recharge. If sleep is an issue, take a 20-minute nap during the day with your feet up. Rest quietly if you can't sleep.
- Take your supplements regularly. Supplementing is the best way to ensure your success, so make sure to take your supplements as directed in the Plan, even if you think you don’t need them. Each one serves a specific purpose, and the most important is keeping you healthy. Set a timer on your cell phone and carry them with you wherever you go so you don’t miss a dose It's better to take your supplement late than not at all. Drop all other supplements during the cleanse for best results. Many supplements leave residue in your system that needs cleansing.
- Emotional cravings making it tough? Have a cup of hot tea or broth, or call a friend. In the program, we say, “Change a thought, move a muscle.” Distract yourself by taking a walk or stretching. Whatever you do, get out of the kitchen. Helpful tip: Brushing your teeth always helps.

Healthy Snacks To Help Relieve Chronic Pain
