Are you feeling stressed out? YOU'RE NOT ALONE! We are living in one of the most stressful times. Every day we are being bombarded with fear, financial insecurity, political issues, and increasing job demands, in addition to pressures we all face at home and much more. If stress is making you feel like you're coming apart at the seams, you've come to the right place. There is more hope than you think!
You CAN conquer stress and overcome its overwhelming physical effects that can include but are not limited to insatiable hunger and cravings for the wrong foods, excessive fatigue, and tight, sore, achy muscles or headaches. And the worst... inability to sleep!
Even if you're confronting some of the greatest challenges in your life, knowing you aren't alone helps kickstart the healing process. By learning how others cope can help you rise to a whole new level of health, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. One of the absolute favorite aspects of what I do is getting to know all of you. It reminds me that we really are stronger together.
I made a vow 30+ years ago that if I was able to lose that blob of belly fat I used to hold in my hands every time I got dressed, and wonder how on earth I was going to get rid of it, that I would use my experience to help anyone who struggles with health or weight issues, or lack of fitness.
This is LynFit's 30th anniversary and I can't think of a better way to celebrate than to honor you, the awesome customers, who made it possible for me to live my dream and graciously allowed me into your lives and trusted me with your bodies. After this last year of COVID lockdown and quarantine that's been a test for all of us, I want to inspire you and bring you hope by sharing another real person who got real results in spite of her busy schedule. I want to introduce you to another LynFit superstar.
I can't say enough good things about this special, humble, Jesus-loving lady. Seriously, she makes Martha Stewart look like she is asleep at the wheel! What I love most about her is that she is kind, humble, and devotes her life to helping others. Plus, she loves cats!
I could go on for hours about her talents and accomplishments, but the reason I’m sharing her testimony and praise report is that I’m praying it inspires you as well. If nothing else, I hope it allows your mind to escape to a better place, giving it rest from all your stress, making you forget your problems for a few minutes.

"First off, I thank God for you! You've made it easy to be the right weight. I'm 73 pounds lighter than when I started LynFit. My favorite smoothie recipe? Complete Protein French Vanilla Crème with cinnamon and ice. Tastes like a cross between a cinnamon bun and oatmeal (two of my faves). I eat it with a spoon. DELICIOUS and decadent for breakfast!
My favorite exercise? I have had great success doing the exercises I learned in Lisa’s workout videos by incorporating counter push-ups, dumbbell tricep overhead extensions, and I do squats often while standing at my computer, where I spend a LOT of time for work. The exercises are incredibly practical."
