Signs That Your Liver Needs a Detox

The liver is one of the largest organs in your body. Its job is to remove waste and filter nutrients and medications, including environmental toxins that we have little to no control over.

    Like water, walking stimulates the breakdown of fats and other by-products, and improves blood flow, helping rid the body of waste.
