Red, White, & Blueberry Smoothie


Fuel Your Metabolism, So It Works Harder!

Boost your metabolism with this delicious vegan smoothie. Lose more weight, labor less, enjoy the benefits!

Red layer: (1 scoop) LynFit Vegan Metabolic Boosting Complete Protein Powder in (1/3) cup water, (½ cup) red raspberries. Blend and spoon into bottom of glass. Place in freezer to keep firm while making remaining layers.

White layer: Combine (1 scoop) LynFit Vegan Metabolic Boosting Complete Protein Powder in (1/3 cup) water and a handful of ice. Blend and place in the freezer to firm or thicken, if needed. When ready, pour onto red layer and place in the freezer to keep firm.

Blue layer: (1 scoop) LynFit Vegan Metabolic Boosting Complete Protein Powder in (1/3 cup) water, (½ cup) frozen blueberries, and blend and place in the freezer to firm, if needed. Spoon on top of white layer and repeat according to glass size or serving size desired.
