RECIPE: Toasted Coconut Salted Caramel Protein Shake & Energy Balls
Can you say DELICIOUS and GOOD-FOR-YOU? It's the best of both worlds -- sip on the sweet flavor of toasted coconut in your Salted Caramel Toasted Coconut Shake while enjoying the extra metabolic boosting protein benefit in these to-die-for Toasted Coconut Energy Balls!
Combine (2 scoops) LynFit Metabolic Boosting Salted Caramel Advanced Protein Powder in 10-12 ounces of cold water. Blend or spoon stir until the protein powder is dissolved, or the desired consistency is reached. Moisten the rim of a glass with water and dip into toasted coconut.
Protein Energy Balls
Combine (1 cup) LynFit Metabolic Boosting Complete Salted Caramel Advanced Protein Powder, (1 cup) nut butter (I use almond butter), drizzle the desired amount of Manuka Honey for sweetness, gently spoon stir until protein and almond butter are blended. Roll into 1-inch balls and roll in toasted coconut and enjoy!
*Honey is optional. It makes them sweeter and easier to blend. For a less sweet treat, swap out the honey for small amount of water and place in the freezer to make them easier to roll.
