RECIPE: Super Keto Twizzler Protein Smoothie

  • Pour (1 cup) of cold water into a blender
  • Begin mixing at the lowest speed to get air into it, to make you feel fuller
  • While the blender is running, add:
    • (1 scoop) LynFit Vanilla Dream Natural Whey Protein Powder
    • (1 tbsp.) Sugar-free Strawberry Jello (Optional for a more bold flavor)
