Combine (1 scoop each) of Salted Caramel and Chocolate Truffle Metabolic Boosting Complete Protein Powder and a dash of cinnamon to (8-10 ounces) of cold or warm water (not hot). Stir or blend in a blender and ENJOY the boost (metabolic and energy, that is)!
