RECIPE: Salted Caramel Smoothie Topped With Toasted Coconut

Salted Caramel Smoothie

Even when I’m not trying to lose weight I still keep my breakfast smoothie healthy, balanced, and super delicious! Especially the day or week after holiday festivities. The hint of toasted coconut on top of this smoothie is the perfect way to treat your family, friends, and houseguests who want to be healthy too. Let’s shake things up and get blending!

Overall, I’m more of a sweet tooth kind of gal, even the morning after I’ve overindulged. Thankfully, when it comes to boosting my metabolism and getting back on track with weight loss, I can still have this delicious breakfast smoothie to break the overnight fast without feeling deprived.

I choose the Metabolic Boosting Complete Protein Salted Caramel Flavor because it provides the best boost when it comes to fat burning, boosting metabolism, and strengthening immune health. I prefer the taste, flavor, and texture, but you can use any of LynFit's Metabolic Boosting Complete Protein Powders. They all work, but the Metabolic Boosting Complete Protein with five grams of prebiotic fiber is #1.

Serves 1:

  • (2 scoops) LynFit Metabolic Boosting Complete Protein Salted Caramel (Chocolate Truffle is delicious too)
  • (8 oz.) Cold black coffee, or water, if preferred
  • Handful of ice *optional
  • (1 tsp.) Toasted coconut (you can substitute regular shredded coconut) -- set some aside to dip the rim of your glass into for special effects
  • (½ tsp. -1 tsp.) Ceylon cinnamon

Moisten the rim of the glass you'd like to use in pre-made protein shake and dip into coconut for that special effect when you have guests.

Blend the above together in a blender until desired consistency is reached and enjoy faster, easier weight loss, and reduce bloating the morning after you’ve overindulged, without depriving yourself of delicious!

The Metabolic Complete Protein, prebiotic fiber, and  Ceylon cinnamon is a powerful combination. They work synergistically together, so this delicious combo delivers superior blood sugar balance, resetting your metabolism and jumpstarting your weight loss and fat burning.
