RECIPE: Plant-Powered Blueberry Pancakes

Mix (1 scoop) Vegan Protein powder into (¼ cup) of water or less. Stir until batter-like consistency. Spray a pan with cooking spray and carefully cook over low heat. *NOTE: This cooks very fast and does not contain any fat and can burn quickly.
Add fresh or frozen blueberries or berries of choice to pancake saving some for topping.
*Berrylicious approved topping: Cook blueberries in the microwave for 20-30 seconds, stir to soften, and pour or top pancakes! DELICIOUS!
