RECIPE: Mega Nutrient Metabolic Salad

This is an easy salad to make. It can be enjoyed as your main meal and a base for lean protein. It's more delicious and filling, so you’re not fighting your cravings after dinner or when you need to chew. It's fast, easy, and as delicious as it is nutritious.

Salad Ingredients:

  • (10 cups, or large handfuls) Seasonal/baby leafy greens, rinsed and sun-dried
  • (3) Yellow or red cherry tomatoes, halved
  • (½ -1 cup) Cucumber cubes, sliced or as you like (*free unlimited)
  • (½ cup) Chopped celery (*free unlimited)
  • (1-2 slices) Red, yellow, orange, or green pepper (*for color - optional)
  • (1-2 slices) Red/white onion (*optional)

Dressing:

  • (2 oz.) Apple Cider Vinegar
  • (2 oz.) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Dash of water or chicken broth (*optional)
  • (1 tsp.) Minced Garlic
  • Himalayan Pink Salt & Pepper to taste
  • (1 scoop) Metabolic Collagen Powder or Lemon-flavored Liquid (coming soon)

In a small covered jar, combine wet ingredients (apple cider vinegar, olive oil, broth, or water), minced garlic, salt, pepper, and collagen if desired. Stir until blended and the powder is dissolved.
