RECIPE: Lemon Citrus Collagen Vinaigrette Dressing
A flavorful collagen-building vinaigrette that tastes great on tossed salads, vegetables, fish, chicken, or as warm soup!
- (2 oz.) Apple Cider Vinegar
- (2 oz.) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Dash of water or chicken broth (*Optional)
- (1 tsp.) Minced Garlic
- Himalayan Pink Salt & Pepper to taste
- (1 scoop) Metabolic Collagen, Citrus Flavored
In a small covered jar, combine wet ingredients (apple cider vinegar, olive oil, broth or water, if desired, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and collagen. Stir until blended and powder is dissolved and ENJOY!
Serves four or more depending on personal preference.
