RECIPE: Lean Lemon Blueberry Smoothie

Our fast, easy, delicious Lean Lemon Blueberry Smoothie recipe will surely be a summer favorite. It blends summer flavors while providing your body with all the protein and fiber needed to boost your metabolism and burn fat. It can be used as a meal replacement or in-between meal snack to help keep your appetite in check, making it easier to stay on track and eat clean.


  • (1 scoop) LynFit Nutrition®️ Vanilla Dream Natural Whey or Vegan Complete Protein Powder
  • (½ cup) Blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • Juice of ½ of a lemon (approximately 2 tbsp. lemon juice)
  • (½-¾ cup) Cold water
  • (Handful) Ice, optional

Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until the desired consistency is reached.
To turn it into a popsicle, pour it into a mold and freeze it. For instant ice cream, use frozen fruit, omit the water, or use only a splash. Frappe it! Freeze your smoothie for 15 minutes or as needed
