Layered Warm Cocoa Caramel

Makes (1) one extra large or (2) two servings. Store the extra in the freezer and thaw 10-15 minutes or so before you plan on indulging (that is if you can keep yourself from eating the extra one).

Bottom Layer 1:
(1 scoop) Metabolic Boosting Complete Protein Salted Caramel mixed with (1 scoop) of cold water blended until thick. Pour into a heat-safe glass if you plan to warm. If for some reason your shake didn't thicken (too much water or blender issues) place in the freezer for a neat stack that won't blur.

Middle Layer 2:
(1 scoop) Metabolic Boosting Complete Protein Clean Cocoa Egg White Protein Powder, mixed with (1 scoop) of cold water blended until thick. Pour on top of the previous layer.

Top Layer:
(1 scoop) Metabolic Boosting Complete Protein Chocolate Truffle Powder mixed with (1 scoop) cold water blended until thick and fluffy like whipped cream. Spoon onto the previous two layers.

I like to microwave mine for 30-40 seconds to gently warm and harden and enjoy. I like to eat mine with a smaller-sized spoon. It makes it take twice as long to eat so you don't eat too fast.
