Crepes

Losing weight and keeping it off is easy when you replace your favorite foods and recipes with cleaner ingredients that fuel your metabolism, nourish your body, and protect immune health.

A little creativity and a few clean kitchen and cooking tricks can turn clean gluten and soy-free ingredients into a fast, easy way to feel fuller longer and prevent cravings into a delicious and nutritious recipe that will no doubt make your top 10 favorite foods your whole family will ask for, so plan making extra!

Next time you're not in the mood to drink another cold protein shake ... DON'T! Whip up these Clean Keto Crepes instead!

I make these for Sunday brunch, on holidays, and often as a dessert dinner. Yes, I have dessert for dinner, breakfast, brunch, and/or lunch! Life is too short to skip dessert!

You just have to make sure you replace high fat carbohydrates with cleaner, more metabolically pleasing food instead. It's the best and easiest way to lose weight and keep it off.

Losing weight is half the battle; keeping the weight you've lost off is the difference between a diet and a lifestyle. Don't deprive yourself of delicious food. Indulge healthfully without the bulge instead.

What will you fill or top your Crepes with? I'd love to know! Share your recipes and tips. We love healthy metabolic food talk❤️👏🏽
