High Protein, Low Carb Apple Crisp Protein Smoothie


Delicious, drinkable comfort food. Clean keto, high protein, low carb, metabolic boosting superfood.

Combine in blender:

  • (2 scoops) Salted Caramel Metabolic Boosting Complete Protein Powder (Vanilla)
  • (8 oz.) Cold water
  • (1 small) Apple - Pre-cut
  • (Dash) Cinnamon

Blend, Drink Repeat!
