RECIPE: Healthy, Healing Mocktail

Mocktail

This specific mocktail helps reduce and rebalance inflammation (aka anti-inflammatory). Perfect for anyone trying to lose weight, burn off dangerous belly/visceral fat, reduce aches, pains and stiffness.

If you haven't had a delicious mocktail (an abbreviation for “mock cocktails”), you don't know what you're missing!

The growth of cocktails over the last few decades has wreaked havoc with our physical and mental health, and is causing liver damage/fatty liver at a record pace.

Many people turn to cocktails as their alcoholic beverage of choice. Non-drinking folks like me like to have something to serve and sip that's special and looks like a cocktail, but is alcohol-free. For me, it makes feel better or has a purpose and helps your body heal and recover without causing weight gain, fatty liver, and won't cause a hangover or trigger cravings.

Some mocktails even help detoxify, reverse fatty liver, and boost healing and recovery, kicking your aches and pains to the curb while lubricating creaky, popping joints at the same time.

This mocktail provides you with all of the joint healing benefits because of the specific ingredients used, along with the proper amounts needed to work.

INGREDIENTS:

  • (8 ounces) Spring water or sparkling water, if you prefer fizzy
  • (1 tbsp.) LynFit Daily Power Shot Liquid
  • (1 tbsp.) LynFit Daily Repair Liquid
  • Garnish options: lemon, lime or orange wedge
  • Ice cubes (as many as if desired)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine water, Daily Power Shot and Daily Repair in your favorite cocktail looking/special glass and mix well
  2. Add desired ice cubes and stir, if needed
  3. Garnish of your choice
  4. Enjoy your mocktail!
