Want leaner, flatter, more toned abs? Swap out your cream-filled coffee or latte for this delicious, clean, keto, fat-burning Flat White instead. It's leaner than a latte, boosts metabolism and GLP-1 hormones, protects lean muscle, and takes less than two minutes to make. This is my personal favorite. The froth is so thick you can eat it with a spoon. It tastes great on its own, or sprinkle some cinnamon or chocolate protein powder for added flavor without the guilt.
