RECIPE: Complete Protein French Vanilla Crème With Cinnamon & Ice
This recipe is courtesy of one of LynFit's superstar's, Debra. She says it tastes like a cross between a cinnamon bun and oatmeal (two of her faves). She eats it with a spoon. DELICIOUS and decadent for breakfast!
Combine (2 scoops) of LynFit Nutrition French Vanilla Creme Complete Protein with one cup of cold water (depending on desired consistency). Add (5) ice cubes. Blend on the lowest speed for 30 seconds. Top the shake with a dash or two of cinnamon for a delicious treat!
