Recipe: Clear Skin Collagen Boost
Working in Martha Stewart Living for two decades, I’ve met many celebrities, but the nicest and one of my personal favorites was Jennifer Garner, who also has spectacular skin.
This collagen smoothie recipe has only three ingredients making it the leanest and cleanest recipe out there, so it won’t affect your weight loss the way the others can.
No fruit needed for the delicious smoothie!
- (¾ cup) Cold water
- (2 scoops) Vanilla Dream Compete Protein Advanced (Regular Complete Protein works als0)
- (2 shots / 2 oz.) LynFit Daily Joint Recovery & Repair
- Handful of ice
Combine all ingredients to a blender and blend until desired consistency is reached.
