Clean Keto Vegan Smoothie Bowl

Serves 1
Ingredients:

  • (1-2 scoops) LynFit Nutrition Vegan Complete Protein Vanilla Shake
  • (½ cup) Raspberries
  • (¼ cup) Blueberries
  • (Small) Apple *enough to make star slices
  • (½-¾ cup) Cold water

Stir gently in small bowl or cup cold water, Vegan Complete Protein Powder, and raspberries together until combined and thick. If it's too wet add more powder.
Top with blueberries and pre-made apple slices and sprinkle a little Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder on top, or shredded coconut for garnish and MANGIA!

Enjoy this delicious treat! If you like it sweeter, add some Stevia or Splenda natural. Freeze this and when you're ready to eat, remove from the freezer and allow to thaw a little until it's the constancy of gelato.
