RECIPE: Clean Keto Peanut Butter Chocolate Milkshake
My husband has this delicious protein shake every day for breakfast to feed the muscle, yet starve the fat, preventing the 'dad bod' that even the skinniest of men can develop due to aging and blood sugar that pop up, starting around age 30, and worsening as we age. You'll save thousands of calories, sugar, and fat, so your heart will thank you too!
Combine (8 oz.) of cold water + (1 scoop) of Clean Cocoa Egg White Protein Powder + (1-2 scoops) of Chocolate Truffle Complete Protein + (1 tbsp.) of Peanut Butter of choice (you can substitute peanut butter powder or zero-calorie syrup to make it even cleaner) + (½) of a frozen banana. Blend until the desired level of thickness, and MANGIA!
*This can be frozen to turn into ice cream, or reduce water and make pancakes.
