RECIPE: Clean Keto Ice Cream Birthday Cake
Every day we get to live another day is a call for a celebration, and thankfully, this cake is so nutritious you can eat it every day without worry! I’ve never met anyone who didn’t like ice cream cake, and in our house, I have to make two because they are so popular. This clean keto ice cream cake is easy to make, requires very little time, and contains only three ingredients to deliver a super-healthy, delicious dessert suitable for a KING!
This delicious cake serves four people.
- 20g Protein
- 7g Net carbs
- 143 Calories
- <2g Fat
- <2g Sugar
- 6g Prebiotic gut health-improving fiber per serving
Here is what you'll need:
- (8 scoops) LynFit Vanilla Dream Natural Whey Protein
- (2 cups) Frozen strawberries or berries of choice (*Plus additional for garnish)
- *Optional dash of water
Combine the ingredients in a blender or food processor until the protein powder is dissolved. Feel free to add a dash of water or premade protein shake to make it easier to blend, and remove it from the blender or food processor. Spoon out into your choice of mold or container. Place in the freezer for one hour if frozen strawberries were used, or longer if you used fresh.
Once frozen, remove from the mold or decorate as desired. We love topping our ice cream cake with fresh berries or berries that have been lightly cooked and drizzled on top.
Be sure to keep frozen until ready to serve; it is ice cream :)
