RECIPE: Clean Keto Banana Caramel Pancake
Not in the mood for a cold protein shake again? No problem! Try these easy, delicious, metabolic boosting pancakes. Pancakes made with LynFIt Nutrition® Metabolic Boosting Complete Protein Powder can help you lose weight and blunt blood sugar spikes, thanks to the five grams of prebiotic fiber in every serving.
Combine (2 scoops) LynFit Nutrition® Metabolic Boosting Complete Protein Powder Salted Caramel, (1 large) egg white (you can also use LynFit Clean Cocoa Egg White Protein Powder by mixing equal parts powder to water, this recipe calls for 1 tbsp.) and a dash of water in a small bowl and mix until blended.
Want thinner, crepe-like pancakes? Simply adjust the amount of liquid used. For thinner pancakes, use more water, thicker use less.
Spray non-stick pan with coconut or vegetable oil and pour mixed contents from bowl into pan and cook for 1-2 minutes, carefully watching as this is a super clean recipe and is fat free and grain free, so it will cook extremely fast. Cooking times may vary according to stove type, altitude, etc.
Add (½ cup) sliced fruit of choice, either on top of your pancake or tuck inside and eat like a crepe!
