RECIPE: Clean & Healthy Red, White & Blue Popsicles

Red, White & Blue Popsicle


Create a fun, fat-burning, triple-layer, super-powered fruit smoothie by freezing in-between layers to hold the shape. Clean keto, metabolic boosting, heart-healthy, thyroid safe, anti-inflammatory, immune-protecting, gluten, soy, dairy, and hormone-free!

Ingredients:

  • Frozen Blueberries
  • Frozen Red Berries (Raspberry, Cherry or Strawberries,or watermelon )
  • LynFit Complete Protein Powder French Vanilla Creme
  • Cold Water
  • Ice

Blueberry Layer:

  • (½ cup) Frozen Blueberries
  • (1 tbsp.) French Vanilla Creme’ Metabolic Boosting Complete Protein Powder

White Layer:

  • (½ cup) Cold Water
  • (½ cup) Ice
  • (1 tbsp.) French Vanilla Creme’ Metabolic Boosting Complete Protein Powder

Red Layer:

  • (¼ cup) Frozen Red Berries
  • (1 tbsp.) French Vanilla Creme’ Metabolic Boosting Complete Protein Powder

Directions: Using a popsicle mold

  • For the blue layer: Pour the frozen blueberries into the blender. Add the Vanilla Creme Complete Protein Powder and blend until smooth. Spoon into the bottoms of 8-ounce glasses and tap the glasses on the countertop to help even the layer if needed. Freeze while preparing the next layer.
  • For the white layer: Rinse out the blender and pour in the cold water. Add the ice, Vanilla Creme Protein Powder and blend until smooth. Pour the white layer on top of the blue layer in the glass, again tapping the glasses on the countertop, and then return to the freezer.
  • For the red layer: Rinse the blender once more and pour in the red (chosen berries) and add Vanilla Creme Protein Powder and blend until smooth. Pour the red layer on top of the white layer. Keep in the freezer until ready to serve

*No Blender = No Problem... Can be spoon-stirred or mashed.
