Ingredients:

  • (1 cup) Cold water
  • (1 scoop) LynFit Nutrition®️ Chocolate Dream Natural Whey Protein Protein
  • (¼) LynFit Nutrition®️ Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Plant-Based Metabolic Boosting Protein Bar cut into small bite-sized pieces
  • Handful of Ice

Directions:

Process all ingredients in a blender (except the pieces of peanut butter protein bar) until the desired thickness is achieved, and ENJOY!

For a thicker, creamier ice cream consistency, use less water, blend until the shake thickens, or add more ice.
