Eggnog

BOOST YOUR BLISS & YOUR METABOLISM!

This cleaner keto version has the perfect balance of rich, creamy, spicy, and sweet that even the non-eggnog peeps will love!

Eggnog is, and has always been, a sugar and fat-filled drink, which is why most of us steer clear of it to avoid weight gain or succumb to cravings. It leaves us feeling guilty and our blood sugar levels elevated, making us hungrier afterward, which is exactly what we try to avoid when we decide to eat clean in order to lose weight and or keep our weight in check during the holiday festivities. The good news is you don't have to sacrifice the delicious foods and drinks you love during the holidays. You just have to get a little creative.

Try this homemade version instead. This cleaner keto version still has the perfect balance of rich creamy, spicy, and sweet that even the non-eggnog peeps will love!

This recipe is simple, takes less than 5 minutes to make, and is dairy, egg, nut, soy, and alcohol-free, so you CAN enjoy it every day! You'll actually lose more weight if you replace your carb or fat-filled breakfast with this recipe instead.

Combine (1 scoop) LynFit Metabolic Boosting Complete Protein Advanced Chocolate Truffle and (1 scoop) LynFit Salted Caramel Complete Protein Powder in 10-12 ounces (or desired amount) of cold water, a dash of cinnamon, and nutmeg to suit your personal taste. Blend or spoon stir until the protein is dissolved or desired consistency is reached and add or top with a little cinnamon and nutmeg for garnish.

*I serve this as a healthy after dinner dessert when tension gets high amongst family to boost the bliss and calm the nerves by adding (5-6 drops) of LynFit Daily Wellness CBD Oil (SHHHHH... don't tell anyone :)
