The secret to frothing your protein shake lies in the purity and freshness of LynFit’s proteins. • Add cold water to a clean, good quality blender
• Add (½ cup) of LynFit Protein Powder
• Blend on medium speed for 1-2 minutes, or until it froths to the desired amount

If your froth flops, add some ice. If your shake doesn’t froth, it may be due to your water or blender. Use bottled water without the minerals.
