Ingredients:
- (4) Apples, sliced
- (¼ cup) Lemon or lime juice
- (1/8-¼ cup) LynFit Peanut Butter Protein Powder pre-made into a paste
- (1/8th cup) Dark chocolate chips melted (optional)
- (½ tsp.) Cinnamon or apple pie spice mix
- (1 tbsp.) Shredded coconut for garnish (optional)
- (Handful) Chocolate chips or cacao nibs (optional)
Directions:
- Core and slice the apples to about ¼-inch thickness. Soak the slices in a shallow bowl with 4 cups of water and ¼ cup of lemon or lime juice.
- Drain the apple slices and let excess water drip off.
- Arrange the dried apple slices on a large platter in a circular or football pattern.
- Drizzle the reconstituted LynFit Peanut Butter Protein Powder (simply mix LynFit Peanut Protein powder with water until combined) all over the apple slices.
- If desired, melt the chocolate chips and drizzle the melted chocolate on the apples.
