Raspberry Ice Cream with MAGIC Chocolate Shell

Raspberry Ice Cream with MAGIC Chocolate Shell

Wanna try a delicious metabolic boosting, fat-burning dessert that's keto-friendly? Here's my go-to food when I’m in the mood for something delicious and nutritious that won't wreck my weight loss. We should warn you... this is addicting! Thankfully, it's good for weight loss and nutritious, so it's like taking your vitamins, only more delicious.

Go ahead... indulge!

No judging... Yes, I eat dessert first! Why wait when its this good for you?

This ice cream is metabolic and different than any other kind as it's NOT from dairy. It's gluten and soy-free, eggless, and as always, low carb and low sugar. This makes it a “clean keto” dessert, so you can have it every day, and you should.

Of course, every good dessert needs a great topping, and this one is topped with LynFit Sinful Chocolate Sauce that's made with pure cacao, boosting its OREC score. It's better than juicing or your average multivitamin, and when you add the five grams of prebiotic fiber (in addition to the fiber from the raspberries), this food ends up virtually being a calorie-free, carbless, sugar-free, thermogenic, decadent dessert that can also be served at breakfast, brunch, lunch, or snack.

The next time your cravings strike and you don't know what to do, I say eat this!

No extra gym time required after. I hope that you and yours enjoy a little calorie food for your soul!

First, make your Magic Shell/flake topping. To do that you'll need the following:

Makes two servings, unless you're a bowl-licker like me ;)

  • (1 tbsp.) Coconut oil (amount may vary according to the oil used)
  • (2-3 scoops) LynFit Sinful Chocolate Sauce

Add the coconut oil to a heat-safe glass jar or bowl and warm in the microwave for 10-20 seconds. Remove and add the Sinful Chocolate Sauce, then stir until combined and set aside while you make the ice cream.

*NOTE: You may want to make extra as this stores in the refrigerator covered for up to five days. You can also set aside ½ cup to use as chocolate flakes to add to your ice cream or smoothies. You'll need to heat slightly before using if refrigerated.

It's Ice Cream time...

  • (2 scoops) LynFit Vanilla, Strawberry, or Chocolate Complete Protein
  • (1 cup) Frozen raspberries
  • (½ cup) Cold water

Tip: Add a few sliced raspberries for garnish.

  • Blend the ingredients for one minute or until the texture is smooth
  • Pour blended mixture into an ice tray and freeze
  • When frozen, empty the frozen mixture from the ice tray into a blender
  • Gently blend until creamy, or desired texture

Since the ice cream is ready in a minute or less, all you have to do now is drizzle on the magic fat-melting chocolate shell mixture of dark chocolate melted with a little coconut oil. I also add little flakes of this to the ice cream toward the end once it's blended, to add a few flakes of YUMMY. And I save the rest to spoon over the top before serving.
