Not All Supplements Are Created Equal When It Comes To Weight Loss & Waist Loss

Have you ever wondered if the collagen or protein powder you use, or the gummy vitamins you're taking every day are causing your weight gain and preventing you from burning off dangerous belly fat?

  • When it comes to losing weight, not all nutrition supplements are created equal.
  • Most nutritional supplements sold in stores today do not contain enough of the specific ingredients that make them effective enough to work, and they contain sugar and inferior ingredients, fillers, and binders that your body can’t digest. This leads to indigestion, constipation, bloating, edema, weight gain and oxidation (free radical damage, causing aging and inflammation). Most of us take supplements to improve our health, lose excess weight and body fat, and protect our immunity.
  • Gummies contain too much sugar, and the binders used to create them are like digesting rocks. They are unbalanced, very expensive, inconvenient, and are not specific enough to deliver results. In fact, they can actually damage
gut health, weaken immunity, and block fat-burning, specifically stubborn belly fat.

Supplements won't work unless your body is nutritionally balanced, meaning, if you're low in B-vitamins or enzymes that help digest the nutritional supplement you take.

That's why I created LynFit Nutrition Daily Power Shot Multivitamin/Mineral. It has 39 of the best vitamins, minerals, natural botanicals, in the most bioavailable form (98% digestion rate compared to 10-12%). Your body gets more of what it needs faster, so you feel better, which also translates into faster, easier weight loss.

Why are the Daily Power Shot and Daily Repair Liquid Collagen so powerful when it comes to protecting our health and strengthening immunity?

✅Pharmaceutical-grade
✅Clinical doses that are proven to work
✅Higher bioavailability (those with digestive issues won't have trouble or feel sick)
✅They both contain two of the most researched ingredients: Beta Glucans and MSM
✅Both are miracle workers when it comes to our health

Why Balance is the Key to a Healthy Immune System (and How to Find It!)

Before COVID, most of us didn't think much about immune health, unless, of course, like me you've had a cancer scare or disease threaten your life. Sadly, the sense of urgency when it comes to protecting our immune function health has subsided, even though it's more crucial than ever, especially since stress and being sick deplete more nutrients than running a marathon.

While there are no proven ways to prevent COVID, there are researched, proven ways to strengthen your immune system. And, one of the side effects of doing this is improving every aspect of your health, including hair, skin, nail, gut, and joint health.

Here are a few signs of a weaken immune system. There are many telltale signs that your immune system is functioning less than optimally including:

  • Weight Gain/sluggish weight loss
  • Fatigue/weakness
  • Digestive issues (food sensitivity falls under this category)
  • Poor wound and injury healing (cuts and/or injuries that take a long time to heal)
  • Persistent aches, pains, and stiffness
  • Frequent illness and infections
  • Persistent skin rashes and infections (eczema, psoriasis, cracked lip)
  • Anxiety, depression, chronic stress

Here is what I recommend for everyone as a foundational approach to health, starting with our precious immune health.

Clean Up Your Diet

There is no doubt we are what we eat. Our weight is the best gauge when it comes to the state of our health. It’s not a vanity issue or having a bikini body.

Our weight, specifically the size of our waistlines, are the indicators of the state of our health. Keeping your body weight in check and measuring your waistline are simple, easy, free ways to spot check yourself, and more effective when it comes to optimal health. It's more telling than expensive blood tests that are often inconclusive and don’t reveal what’s really going on inside your body.

That all being said, there is no debate among health professionals/doctors: The right fuel is essential to optimal immune health and how it directly affects every other system in your body, including digestive cardiovascular, neurological, metabolic, and hormonal health.

Your digestive system is NOW considered the frontline when it comes to your immune system. Once referred to as our “second immune system,” but research proves our digestive system is where all health originates and plays a much more prominent role because of its multiple immune-related responsibilities.

Limit your consumption, or avoid, inflammatory foods and ingredients, refined sugars, saturated trans fats like the ones being over-consumed in full fat keto diets. Also, processed foods have been shown to significantly impair immune function. In some cases, immediately after they are consumed. Eliminating these types of foods from your diet will absolutely reduce threats to your immune system.

The trendy and seemingly healthy gummy vitamins and supplements should be avoided. Most contain at least 5g (1 tsp.) of white sugar! This includes gummies sold as immune support like elderberry (elderberry liquid as well).  While 5g may not seem like a lot, when you consider how many you need to take to consume an efficient dose, that's more sugar than you should consume in a day. Imagine how much sugar you would consume over the course of a month!

The best foods to eat for total body immune health can be found in the Metabolic Reset Plan. They are the cleanest, leanest food and loaded with antioxidants and healthy fats that promote health and weight loss. Aim to keep special not-so-healthy meals to one or two meals per week, max. Pay attention to how your body reacts when you eat off-plan. Do you gain weight? Ache more? Become stiff? Your body won't lie.

Your main focus should be incorporating more leafy green salads and brightly colored veggies. They are particularly important due to their phytonutrient compounds, which are responsible for their rich pigments, providing exceptional antioxidant activity, anti-inflammatory support, immune-balancing, and other key benefits.

Reduce fruit consumption to one ½ cup serving per day to reduce blood sugar levels and strengthen immunity.

Cruciferous vegetables are also important, but keep in in mind that if you have thyroid issues, healthy vegetables like broccoli, kale, cabbage, and cauliflower can impair thyroid function and slow it down further, causing weight gain or blocking weight loss and weakening immunity. A good rule of thumb is to eat them every four days, allowing adequate time in-between. Make sure they are lightly cooked to ease digestion.

Bottom line... in today's stress-filled world with COVD and flu threats approaching as we enter fall, our immune systems need all the protection they can get, starting with taking Daily Power Shot and Daily Repair every day!
They provide your body with the specific nutrients it needs in clinical doses that are proven to work.

So, if you've been wanting to take back control over your health and feel and look better than you ever have, or have in years, your first step should always be to take a well-balanced multi-nutrient like Daily Power Shot every day. This is especially true if you're sick or feel like your getting sick, stressed and run down, aren't getting enough sleep, take medications (over-the-counter and prescribed), have any health issues such as hypothyroidism, diabetes, anxiety, depression, or heart issues. **If you had, or still have, long COVID... double up!
