Metabolic Secrets That Flip Your Weight Loss Switch To "On"

If you look around the internet or anywhere these days, you’ll notice it’s gone “Keto” crazy, and low-carb is all the rage. But what you might not know is there is such a thing as going too low and that it stops weight loss. 

Most Keto-crazed information will tell you that you have to go as low as 20-30 carbs daily, which is the standard Keto daily limit when it comes to carbohydrate limits. Most so-called Keto experts will tell you that if you eat any more than that you won’t go into ketosis. What most people don’t realize is that this is not suggested for weight loss, and it literally slows your metabolic function to a screeching halt the same way your engine stops when your car runs out of gas.

Professional fitness models and bodybuilders are the leanest of all, and they do not subscribe to this method of eating. And, if you're over age 40 and have more than 10 pounds to lose, going Keto is not for you. I’ve got story after story of people who tried and not only didn’t lose weight, they damaged their metabolic function to the point that even their endocrinologist didn’t know how to help them repair it!

This was my story! I also became an exercise addict, working out harder and longer and lifting more weights (which grew my body to the point where I couldn't pull my pants up any longer due to the new larger size of my thighs). But let me fill you in on a few metabolic secrets that flip your weight loss switch on and repair the damage caused by previous dieting and overexercising. Nourish your body with all of the specific nutrients that make losing weight faster and easier, keeping you healthy so your metabolism continues to function at optimal levels, even as you age or life gets super stressful (which depletes your body of necessary nutrients).

It does it more efficiently than trying to shop, prepare, eat, clean up, count, and track micros and macros to protect your health.
