Today's blog is an answer to a question I received, and it's is the most asked question that I get every day. For that reason, I am going to share my response. I hope it helps you reach your goal, so you can head into whatever lies ahead for you stronger, leaner, healthier, and most importantly, happier!

QUESTION: Hi There! I've purchased the LynFit Lose 1 Pound Per Day System three or four times now. I've lost weight but seemed to have reached a plateau. Can you help me lose the last 10 pounds and melt off the stubborn belly fat? I need to know which product you recommend for me to drop the last 10 pounds, which is all belly fat. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I just love the Salted Caramel Protein Shake, but I must need something else to finish off this belly fat!

ANSWER: Great job Vicki, you got through the hardest part! I’m going to give it to you straight up and unfiltered since that's what helped me most (those who told me to ease up just discouraged me and helped me regain the weight I had lost), so here goes.
Losing the last 10 pounds can be just as easy as the first 10 if you stay 100% committed! If you're using the metabolic weight loss methods (the Lose 1 Pound Per Day System), it never stops working, unless you get a little too loose in the original strategies that got you where you are now.
For me, I go back to a hardcore restart every Monday, since weekends are the hardest for me to stay as strict as I need to be for my 52-year-old menopausal body. It almost always leads to a 1-2 pound weight gain if, for no other reason, than I must take in too much salt or a few extra carbs. For my body, it's a few bites of “man food” off my husband's or son's plate. You and I both know men and women need to eat differently because we are different in that we have less muscle, no matter how much we lift weights. It's a hormone thing.
Now that I got that out of the way, I should mention a few healthy food boundaries I follow as a I wanna be lean and have a stay lean lifestyle.
The first one is to never allow yourself to gain more than two pounds. It's easy to fix and on this plan and can be done in one day.
The second is every Monday is a “make it more metabolic Monday,” meaning it’s back to basics and following them 100% with no deviating at all. One hundred percent on means 100% on, which looks like this.
Fast to boost metabolism and detoxify and cleanse the weekend's indulgences. Lately, I've been skipping a shake or supplement here and there for no other reason except that I love my weekend hobby so much that I lose track of time and forget what I’m doing. Next thing I know, it's dinner time, and I've had only one shake.
No judgments or criticisms; it's the weekend, and this is your life. It's fine as long as when Monday arrives, you're back on track as follows.
Metabolic Boosting Break the Intermittent Fast with a Complete Protein Shake made with (2 scoops) of Complete Protein Powder. No fruit or milk of any kind, and if you get sloppy and start adding any of these, STOP until you reach your goal. This happens approximately 12-14 hours after my last meal.

It takes commitment. It takes dedication. But it's 100% possible if you follow the plan and believe. What the mind conceives, our bodies WILL achieve!
Going back to basics and being 100% committed to your plan is how you'll lose that last 10 pounds. Have a little pep talk with yourself and remind yourself that
YOU CAN DO IT, YOU GOT THIS, YOU'RE WORTH IT! And, I always tell myself that if it doesn’t kill me, it makes me stronger!
