Things to Do and Things to Avoid

  • Detox and clean up your cleaning products, and swap out the household cleaners you use. Start using a more natural approach -- Castile soap as a household cleaner, for dishes, clothes, and just about everything. You'll save time, money, and protect your body and environment.

  • Eat a leaner, cleaner diet, like the one suggested in this article. The simplest, healthiest, and least expensive way to detox yourself at home is to follow the Metabolism Boosting Lose 1 Pound Plan and make very sure you're taking the Raspberry Ketone Cleanse & Restore daily. In fact, if you feel your body has become super-sensitive/very toxic and your symptoms are severe (above a 3), you may want to take (3) mid-morning and again at dinner, for a more thorough detoxing. The results can vary due to stress, toxicity levels, daily activity (are you walking enough?), or consuming enough of the right vegetables. Some people may have repeated, loose stool for several hours after, but this is actually a good sign that your body is ridding itself of stored toxins. This can be adjusted, if needed, by using Lean Bars with Prebiotic Fiber, eating an apple, or, if needed, add some Sunfiber to help regulate things, so you can function.
