From Momma Cece's Kitchen - Slimming Tuna Burgers

This low-calorie, low-fat, hi-protein recipe is a fast and easy option that's also delicious for those days when you don't feel like going out in the cold weather!

Roll a (3 oz.) pouch Vital Choice Wild Albacore Tuna, a dash of bread crumbs (I like seasoned), a dash of parsley, and (1) egg white together to form a patty. Saute for 3-4 minutes or less on each side in a copper or non-stick pan (a little spray oil is okay).

Place tuna burger on top of your salad and drizzle with Creamy Italian Dressing, and Mangia! The result? A fast, easy, and healthy dinner!

I add (1 cup) of steamed veggies and skip the bread... it's overrated!
