Can You Lose Belly Fat On The Keto Diet?

In this week's Metabolic News, I share my expertise on fat loss on the keto diet and my humble opinion on these other coronavirus questions. I'll also follow up with answering a couple more questions in my next Metabolic News as well.

“Can you burn off stubborn body fat on the classic keto diet?”
Yes and no. The classic keto diet is too high in fat for most people, especially if you're older than age 30 with a slowing metabolism, and you've been more than 10 pounds overweight, which signifies metabolic changes have occurred.
