I should start by saying that I don’t recommend Keto or Paleo diets. They damage your metabolism and raise cholesterol levels to unhealthy levels, making these diets unsustainable. Diets like these slow metabolic rate causing weight gain in the long run. There are also much easier and faster ways to lose weight that can help you lose one pound per day and improve health. If you're trying to prevent weight gain this holiday season, you need to boost your metabolism and fill up on prebiotic fiber before you overindulge.
