Be Strong & Courageous!

Do you need a little stress relief? The fall season, especially Halloween, can bring with it more stress that can lead to weight gain or stop you from losing weight.

I get it. If you're like me and have kids going back to school, this can lead to increased COVID anxiety. Or, on the flip side, if you don’t send your kids back to school, you worry about who will school them? How will you juggle your work, teaching your kids, and household chores? Whew, I'm tired and stressed, just saying that.

But don't worry. I'm here to remind you that God has you in the palm of His hand, and He always has you covered (Deuteronomy 31:6-8)!

God doesn't suggest we stay strong; HE COMMANDS IT! I find this helps me be strong, removing the decision when I feel weary or tired, or usually both. Every time you read this, you'll feel inspired, even when you doubt your own strength. Scripture helps us feel encouraged versus discouraged. More importantly, to trust in God!

I have this sticky note posted all over my house -- bathroom mirror, office, kitchen, car, you name it. I've posted this everywhere! Print this our or write it down and post it all around your house so that your whole family can see it too.

I find even kids and, of course, my husband all read it. Despite your beliefs, positivity helps. It's not about religion; it's about our relationship with our higher power... GOD. Having a relationship with Him can only help, so here it is. I hope this helps you and yours!

Be Strong & Courageous

As we all have learned over the last eight months, "life is like riding a bicycle. To keep our balance, we must keep moving“ (Albert Einstein quoted this). I want to help you keep moving forward toward your goals, whether it be reducing anxiety, alleviating depression to help put an end to stress eating, or you're trying to lose weight. Maybe you need a natural solution to help you sleep or help regrow the hair you've lost, or you’ve been undergoing treatment for breast cancer, and your skin has become so sensitive you need to use gentler products. I've got you, and I want to help!

I always want to hear from you. If you have any questions, please email me at Support@LynFit.com.

STAY STRONG and BE SAFE!
