Happy New Year! If you're like me, most of you are ready for a health upgrade, which also almost always begins by losing the weight gained through COVID-19 and the lockdown and blues associated with it. This upgrade is compounded by the holidays and a game change in your fitness, translating positively into relationships and finances, helping to save time and money.

You know, that glass of wine you insist on having every night that turns into two or fill in the blank with whatever your “thing” is... sugars, refined carbs, excess saturated fats, snacking throughout the day due to excess hunger and cravings set off by chronic stress, or sitting too much throughout the day.

Regardless of what your health goal is, your physical health has never been as important as it is today. The best defense is always an effective offense. Take extra special care of your body by making sure you get enough sleep, water, and daily exercise (10K steps). Keep your body nourished by making sure you drink at least one Complete Protein Shake every day. Take a multivitamin that is actually absorbed by your body and has everything your body needs to stay healthy, prevent colds and flu that can also shorten their duration when you double up on them as soon as you feel like you're getting sick or run down.
