Anything Is Possible!

Thank you for a healthy and robust 2021. I couldn't have done it without YOU! YOU are my top priority and inspire me to keep reaching and aiming higher, and I am grateful! My prayer is to continue to help make it easier for you to build a strong, healthy foundation for lasting transformation, inside and out.

The last two years have been hard for all of us in one way or another, but I want to remind you that God loves you. As a chaplain, I'm always being asked why does He (God) allow bad things to happen, or can we really turn things around? My answer is always a very strong, YES YOU CAN! God always turns our tests into testimonies, making sure we come through tough times stronger and wiser.

It all starts by taking the first step. Decide to, and you will! Nothing changes unless we change, swapping out the old not-so-healthy habits that have been holding us back and replacing them with a habit that empowers and sparks change.

This year I challenge you to find a long-held habit or assumption that's been preventing you from growing spiritually and physically. Is there something you've been doing just because it’s comfortable or familiar that's not beneficial for you, or may even be harmful?

Starting right now, challenge yourself to THINK and BE positive. Search for healthier replacements for those bad habits in the kitchen, and out. As you rush through your days and activities, question everything you do. Ask yourself (I ask God as sometimes my judgment is clouded): "Is this adding richness to my life, or is it preventing me from becoming healthier or happier? Is it harming my body in some way?"

God loves you and so do I! I want to help you do amazing things, and it all starts with your daily habits. When you swap from unhealthy to healthy, more positive habits, you can train yourself to make the most of every moment you have. Stop regretting the past and judging yourself for what you've been doing. Forgiveness is a must and it starts by forgiving yourself in order to move on.

Pick one habit a day, or if you need to start slower, one healthy habit at-a-time that hasn't been working for you, and swap it for a new, more beneficial replacement instead. Decide to choose to program (or if you're like me, re-program) yourself to succeed in everything you do. Give your entire life an upgrade/makeover and insert some new healthier habits that will make your life richer. Enjoy the great feeling they bring each and every time you do them.

When things get tough, try this prayer: “Help God!” It may seem silly or too simple, but it works for me every time. Lean on Philippians 4:13: "Anything is possible with God."

I'll be praying for you and blessing every LynFit product that leaves our warehouse. This year, let's all start fresh and BE THE CHANGE!

Have a spectacular New Year everyone, and keep in mind you have 365 days to practice (plenty of time). Place your focus on progress, not perfection. May you have God's peace, love, miracles, and a faster metabolism too!

You've got this, and I want to help 🙌, so don't plan to — DO IT!
Hugz, Lisa Lynn (hugs are good for your metabolism)

PS: Here is a simple health assignment that will make it easy to turn not-so-healthy habits into health-building ones instead. Choose one per day, or at your own pace. Be sure to check it off as you succeed. I always feel empowered and motivated to keep going when I check it off the list. If you can change your habits, you can change anything and improve your life.

  1. Always honor God with your body by taking better care of your health
  2. Drink more water
