Are You Snacking Yourself Fat?

Did you know that we only need 1/3 of the food we eat every day?  Yet, we all seem to continue to over-eat even though we know it’s about decreasing calories to lose fat!  

The biggest obstacle that STOPS weight loss seems to be controlling our hunger monster! This causes us to snack all day! The problem isn’t the snacking, it’s what we snack on that causes us to gain weight. 

We tend to snack on foods that are best left for weight gain like; yogurt, nuts and yes, this includes almonds! Not only do these foods trigger us to eat more but they are also high in carbs, sugar and fat and that is why they STOP weight loss!

The SNACK SOLUTION?

Snack lean by eating foods that boost your metabolism and make you feel full and won’t trigger you to eat more so you stay in the fat loss zone! Snacks should satisfy your sweet tooth without triggering your cravings for more of the wrong foods!

Here are the most popular LEAN snacks that cause weight loss!

1.  LynFIT Lean Latte – Add 1-2 Scoops of Vanilla Protein Shake to 6 oz. warm coffee and sprinkle w/ cinnamon. Use a frother or blender to make is fluffy!
