If you’re not seeing the changes you want to see even though your spending hours in the gym………“ I’ve got GOOD news for you: It can be easier than you think. If you’re still carrying or storing excess fat around your mid-section (aka your Insulin Band) you need to make some adjustments in your routine. University researchers compared cardio workouts to Metabolic style Workouts (like the one you’ll find on my DVD called the-Metabolic Workout) .  While both workouts helped participants lose the same amount of weight, the group that lifted weight burned nearly 5 pounds more fat than the aerobic group.

Why? Because the group that used weights burned almost pure fat, while the cardio group was losing muscle.  Keep in mind its free weights not machines that they are referring to.
