How much to take and when: Consistency and frequency matter! Suggested Usage: Prepare one to two servings per day using two level scoops per serving.
For weight loss, have a Complete Whey Protein Shake for breakfast and again as an afternoon snack.

Why are your Complete Whey Shakes better than plant-based?
Only whey can boost weight loss because it contains all of the essential amino acids, despite what their labels tell you.
What about the pre-made protein shakes in cans?
Proteins that are pre-made are highly processed and exposed to high heats, allowing them to stay stable on the shelf, which negatively affects weight loss due to the inferior whey and other ingredients used. Most pre-made shakes contain soybean oil and sugars that are listed in small fine print, and no one ever notices. If you saw what’s in Ensure, Boost, or Muscle Milk, you would never drink it!
Why can’t I add milk?
Milk adds calories and sugar that affect blood sugar levels, preventing you from losing weight or melting belly fat. It’s not needed in LynFit Complete Protein, so why waste the calories? We only suggest blending with milk if you’re trying to gain weight or you’re sick and in need of as many calories as you can get. We don’t suggest milk because it’s not a good-for-you protein. Instead, we usually suggest adding an additional scoop of protein powder.
Why can’t I just drink milk?
