1-3 tbsp. daily with meals will give you optimum benefits. Start with 1 tbsp. per day and gradually increase to 1 tbsp. for every 25kg of body weight per day. This dressing can be added to cold or warmed foods. Do not overheat or use oil for frying, as this damages the fragile fatty adds.
Drizzle on your salads, roasted vegetables, riced cauliflower, zucchini noodles, or into a broth for soup. Tastes great in egg white omelets or drizzled onto popcorn. Pour over hot or cold food, stir-fries, fish dishes, or as a healthy marinade for anything you can think of. Dip-n-dunk cut up veggies, shrimp, or popcorn to make them more appealing.
For optimal freshness, keep refrigerated at all times. NOT a cooking oil - do not heat or use for frying as this will damage the delicate fatty acids. Once opened, consume within eight (8) months. Can be frozen to prolong shelf life.
Very high heat (over 300°) or prolonged heat over a very long time can degrade the omega-3 oils. However, the relatively short shipment times and variable seasonal temperatures encountered during shipment have been found to be irrelevant when tested. Even shipments arriving during the summer can be guaranteed as being potent and unharmed.
