Caving to Carbs?
We live in a stressed out society and that's the #1 reason we crave exactly what we shouldn't eat! Food is the problem, NOT the solution! Try taking an exercise break instead, or a nap, until the cravings subside and you can make a sensible choice that you won't regret later.
The TOP two reasons we crave are:
1. Not Enough Protein

Many cravings aren't food cravings at all because we need to hydrate. Drink a tall glass of water or ice water, or try hot tea with lemon as it kills cravings! Sip as much as you need until it passes. Did you know that you're supposed to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water EVERY DAY?
