Clafoutis (French pronunciation: [klafuti]) is a baked French dessert of fruit that’s traditionally made with black cherries and arranged in a buttered loaf pan or dish and covered with a thick flan-like batter. This recipe transforms clafoutis into a thermogenic dessert for under 90 calories!

Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

(1/3 cup) Melt fat milk (stir two scoops of Vanilla Complete Protein powder with 1/3 cup of water)
(3 tbsp) Oats

    • Gardening is great for immunity. Get out in nature and get dirty. The soil contains a whole ecosystem of good bacteria. Gardening is highly recommended, especially vegetable gardening. Why not grow your own?
